  Bloom in the Desert is a great open and affirming Congregational Church. It gives you a place to follow your faith journey and be a part of a faith community. Bloom is welcoming to all, welcoming all who welcome all. Open and affirming, Bloom also strongly supports community and equality and justice for all, no matter who you are, no matter your gender or gender identity. Supporting all members and attendees.

  After being away from church for fifteen years because on the intolerance and hypocrisy we experienced, we decided we needed to see if we could find a place where we felt truly welcome. The first Sunday we knew we'd found the right place. A Methodist minister in a United Church of Christ congregation with an "extravagant welcome". You know when everyone is welcome because you see them there -- they welcome all who welcome all. We've been members for 5 years now and every Sunday is as good as the first.
